Cozy Mart Return Policy

At Cozy Mart, we want you to love every product you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make the return process simple and stress-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 3 days of receiving your order if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

  • You have proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Personal care products, bedding, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@cozymart.co.ke or call +254 708811195 within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and a photo of the item (if defective or damaged).

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange steps.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement once the returned item is received and verified.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@cozymart.co.ke for assistance.
